Zissou is a brazilian DNVB - the first one of its kind in Brazil, as their core products are bed-in-a-box. I've been working full time as designer and creation analyst in their marketing team. In the meantime, I've developed several landing pages, campaigns, packaging and internal brands.
My main work is summarized by hours of UX research, customer behavior and insights within the whole team to deliver inovative results.
In this particular case, we worked to deliver a brand new site with tools which would put us in a top position between players of our categorie and grown in business, especially digitally
In our creative process, we were guided by the study concept of Everett M. Rogers, where, in the Green curve, we are in a crescent, but we would need to cross the chasm, which meant conquering new customers of different financial conditions and age groups from the current ones
The Lean process was structured by a double diamond with our own nuances and adaptations, which communicated with our market and business reality. It allowed the UX team to exchange ideas with the whole company, and that led us to a design that complied with all the company's necessities in the customer's digital journey
The new site is the milestone of our evolution as a company. Originally, we had only one mattress as keyselling product (amongst the pillows, dog-bed, sheets and duvet). In this new phase, our goal was to take the next step in our market maturity by creating the Zissou Blue Mattress, our most premium product in our portfolio and reimagining the original mattress, now called Zissou Coral, with two total new material variations - Original and Hybrid
The process of layouting the site and making the campaign was organized with workshops, customer researches, and most important, a lot of design thinking to structure business and brand altogether. From that, we decided to take the mattresses out of the bedroom space and turn our site into an interactive experience which the main goal was to convert sales specially in the digital ambient
After six months, we launched the Zissou Base, the ideal suport for the Zissou Mattress. The landing page followed the same principles of interactivity and style
For the new matresses, the packaging made was a modular project. The two new boxes complete each other in every face
